Add or Remove a Player from a Personal Coaching Batch
Assign eligible Group Coaching Players to a Batch or remove only the Batch assignment while keeping the program enrolment active.
Player eligibility
Only active Players enrolled in the same Group Coaching program can be added to the Batch. Players already in that Batch are excluded from the available list.
Add a Player
- Open Training and select Batches.
- Open the active Batch.
- Select Add Players to Batch.
- Search the eligible Player list.
- Select Add beside the Player.
Capacity
The Batch card displays the current Player count and optional maximum capacity. Review capacity before adding Players. The source screen visually flags a full Batch, but final enforcement should be confirmed in the running app.
Remove from one Batch
- Open the Batch details.
- Find the Player.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm Remove from Batch.
What removal changes
The Player stays enrolled in the linked program and keeps fee history. Only the Batch assignment is removed. The Player can be added to another active Batch in the same program later.
Move between Batches
VR SPORT does not provide a single Transfer button in this Coach workflow. Remove the Player from the old Batch, then add the Player to the new eligible Batch.
