Enrol an Existing Coach Player in Another Program
Add a Player already on the Coach roster to another independent program without repeating the mobile OTP invite flow.
Open the program
- Open Training.
- Select Programs.
- Open the required active program.
- Select Add Player to Program.
Choose an eligible Player
The list contains active Players already on the Coach roster who are not already enrolled in this program. Search by Player name and select the Player.
Set enrolment terms
- Choose the enrolment start date.
- For Per Session, choose the number of sessions.
- Optionally add a flat discount up to the base fee.
- Review the calculated total.
- Select Enrol Player in Program.
Group Coaching enrolment
This Training-screen workflow enrols the Player in the Group program but does not require a Batch selection at the same step. Open the Batches tab afterward and add the Player to an eligible Batch.
Per Session enrolment
After enrolment, the Coach can schedule dated sessions immediately or return later through the Player profile.
Fee generation
The new enrolment receives its own fee records. Existing program enrolments and historical fees for the same Player remain separate.
