Open Subscription and Billing Settings

Find the plan-management and billing-history screens in Academy and Coach accounts.

Academy owner

  1. Open the Academy account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Subscription to compare or change plans.
  4. Return to Settings and select Billing & Payments to review charges and invoices.

Coach

  1. Open the Coach account.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Subscription: Free Plan or Subscription: Coach Pro.
  4. Select Billing & Payments to review charges and invoices.

Access restrictions

  • Academy staff cannot manage the Academy subscription or view Academy subscription invoices.
  • Academy-assigned Coaches cannot manage the Academy subscription.
  • Player accounts do not have a VR SPORT platform-subscription screen.
