Understand VR SPORT Plans, Subscriptions and Billing
Learn how Academy and Coach plans, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, payment status and invoices work.
Two subscription systems
- Academy accounts choose between the Free, Growth and Premium plans. The Free plan is labelled Basic during website signup and Starter on the current mobile plan screen.
- Coach accounts choose between Coach Starter and Coach Pro.
- Player accounts do not purchase a VR SPORT platform subscription.
- Player training fees and Coach fee records are separate from the VR SPORT platform subscription.
Where to manage them
Academy owners use Settings → Subscription and Settings → Billing & Payments.
Coaches use Profile → Subscription and Profile → Billing & Payments.
Billing basics
- Monthly paid plans renew automatically until cancelled or the payment retry process ends unsuccessfully.
- Yearly plans are paid once for 12 months and require manual renewal.
- The plan becomes active only after the payment gateway and VR SPORT server confirm activation.
- Billing history and invoices are available separately from the plan-selection screen.
Who can manage the plan
- Only the Academy owner can change an Academy plan or view Academy subscription invoices.
- Academy staff and Academy-assigned Coaches cannot manage the Academy subscription.
- Each Coach manages the Coach subscription from the Coach account.
