Set the Playing XI for a Tournament Fixture
Select the Players who will represent your team in one fixture from the accepted tournament squad.
Before you begin
- Your team must have a tournament squad.
- Only the owner of each team can set that team's playing lineup.
- The fixture must not have a recorded result.
Set the lineup
- Open the tournament fixture.
- Under Lineups, find your team.
- Select Set Lineup or Edit Lineup.
- Tap Players to include or exclude them.
- Select Save Lineup.
Selection behaviour
- The picker uses accepted squad Players and guest Players.
- Eleven is shown as the usual cricket XI, but the app permits more selections for substitutes.
- A Player removed from the tournament squad after being selected may appear with Removed from squad so the team owner can deselect the Player.
When no squad exists
Select Set Tournament Squad from the empty state, complete the squad and then return to the fixture lineup.
Lineup lock
After a fixture result is recorded, the playing lineup becomes read-only. The result must be cleared within the allowed edit window before the lineup can be changed.
