Record, Edit or Clear a Tournament Fixture Result
Record the outcome and optional scores for a completed fixture and understand the 10-day result-editing window.
Who records the result
Only the tournament host records the official fixture result. Participating teams and viewers can read it.
When result entry becomes available
- The fixture must have status Scheduled.
- The fixture date must be today or in the past.
- Cancelled fixtures do not accept results.
Record the result
- Open the fixture or select Record Result from the fixture card.
- Choose Team A won, Team B won, Drawn or No result.
- Enter optional scores for both teams.
- Add an optional summary or use the suggested summary.
- Select Save Result.
Score validation
If the selected winner conflicts with the entered cricket or badminton scores, the app warns the host. The host can return and fix the entry or choose Save anyway.
Edit or clear the result
- The host can edit a result while it remains within 10 days of the fixture date.
- Clear Result returns the fixture to Scheduled and unlocks the playing lineup.
- After the 10-day window, the result is locked but remains visible.
Tournament completion behaviour
- When every non-cancelled fixture has a completed result, the tournament becomes Completed automatically.
- If a result is cleared and not all live fixtures remain completed, the tournament moves back to Confirmed.
