Add a Staff Member to Your Academy
Create a staff login, assign branch access and enable the operational modules the Academy staff member needs.
Before you begin
- Use the Academy-owner account.
- Confirm the Academy is on Growth or Premium.
- Keep the Academy staff member’s 10-digit mobile number ready.
- Decide which branches and operational modules the Academy staff member needs.
Open Staff Management
- Open the Academy account.
- Open Settings.
- Select Staff Management.
- Select Add Staff.
Enter the staff information
- Enter the Academy staff member’s full name.
- Enter the 10-digit mobile number that the Academy staff member will use as the login ID.
- Select at least one active Academy branch.
- Enable at least one permission module.
- Review the selections and select Add Staff Member.
Mobile-number rules
- The number must be a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number.
- The mobile number must not already belong to a Player, Coach, Academy owner or Academy staff member at another Academy.
- One mobile number can hold only one platform role.
What happens next
The staff account becomes available for login. The Academy staff member signs in through the VR SPORT mobile app with the registered mobile number and OTP.

- Enter a valid 10-digit mobile number.
- Please assign at least one branch.
- Please enable at least one module.
