Deactivate or Reactivate a Personal Coaching Batch
Pause a personal Group Coaching Batch without ending the Players’ program enrolments, then reactivate it when training resumes.
Deactivate the Batch
- Open Training and select Batches.
- Find the active Batch.
- Open the three-dot menu.
- Select Deactivate.
- Confirm Deactivate.
What deactivation changes
- The Batch no longer appears as an active training Batch.
- Players remain enrolled in the linked program.
- Players are no longer counted in an active Batch.
- New Players cannot be added to the inactive Batch.
- Program fee records and Player history remain.
Reactivate the Batch
- Use the Deactivated or All filter.
- Open the Batch menu.
- Select Reactivate.
- Confirm Reactivate.
After reactivation
- The Batch becomes active and visible again.
- Existing enrolment rows remain in their current status.
- Attendance can be marked.
- New eligible Players can be added.
Program dependency
Note: A Batch should be used only with an active Group Coaching program. Reactivating a program does not automatically reactivate its Batches.
