Edit, Deactivate or Reactivate a Personal Program

Update an Independent Coach program and understand the effect of deactivation on personal Batches and Player enrolments.

Find the program

  1. Open Training.
  2. Select Programs.
  3. Use Active, Deactivated or All to find the program.
  4. Open the three-dot menu.

Edit a program

  • Change the program name.
  • Change the Group fee or Per Session price.
  • Change the Group billing cycle.
  • Update the description.
  • The program type cannot be changed after creation.

Deactivate a program

  1. Open the program menu.
  2. Select Deactivate.
  3. Review the confirmation.
  4. Select Deactivate again.

Effect of deactivation

  • The program becomes inactive.
  • All active Batches under that program are deactivated.
  • Players enrolled in that program are set to Inactive.
  • New fees stop because the fee engine ignores inactive programs and inactive enrolments.
  • Historical sessions, fees and payment records are preserved.

Reactivate a program

Reactivating the program restores inactive Player enrolments under that program to Active. Batches remain deactivated and must be reactivated separately. Review each Player and Batch after reactivation.

GST editing limitation

Note: The current creation form supports GST, but the existing-program update path does not consistently persist GST changes. Do not present a GST change as complete until it is verified in the running app.
