Download steps
- Open Billing & Payments.
- Select the relevant payment-history record.
- Review the service period, payment reference and invoice number.
- Select Download invoice (PDF).
- Allow the device to open or save the invoice.
Support reference
Keep the payment reference and invoice number. Include the payment reference in any support query about the charge.
If the invoice does not open
- Allow pop-ups or document windows.
- Retry from a stable internet connection.
- Check the device Downloads or Files area.
- Contact Support with the invoice number and payment reference.
Different from Player fee receipts
This invoice is for an Academy or Coach subscription paid to VR SPORT. It is different from a Player training-fee receipt.
