Edit or Cancel a Tournament Fixture
Change a scheduled fixture or cancel it with a reason that participating teams can review.
Edit a scheduled fixture
- Open the tournament.
- Find the fixture under Fixtures.
- Select the edit icon.
- Change the round, teams, date, time or venue.
- Select Save Changes.
Cancel a fixture
- Open the fixture editor.
- Select Cancel This Fixture.
- Enter a reason.
- Select Cancel Fixture.
After cancellation
- The fixture is marked Cancelled.
- The cancellation reason remains visible.
- Cancelled fixtures are excluded from tournament standings.
- A cancelled fixture cannot receive a result.
Automatic fixture cancellation
If the host removes a confirmed tournament team, scheduled fixtures involving that team are automatically cancelled with the reason Team withdrew from tournament. Completed fixtures remain in the tournament record.
