Manage Tournament Applications and Confirmed Teams
Review pending applications, discuss participation, reject teams, monitor filled slots and remove confirmed teams.
Open team management
- Open Community.
- Open a tournament you created.
- Review Tournament Slots, Pending Applications and Confirmed Teams.
Review pending applications
- Each row shows the interested Academy or Coach and application date.
- Select Chat to Confirm to discuss participation.
- Use the confirmation control to fill the slot only after both sides agree.
- Select Reject to remove the pending application. A rejected party can show interest again later while the tournament remains open.
Monitor tournament capacity
Tournament Slots shows confirmed teams against Teams Allowed. The host team is included in the confirmed count. When the count reaches capacity, the tournament becomes full and new applications are blocked.
Remove a confirmed team
- Find the team under Confirmed Teams.
- Select Remove Team.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
Effects of removing a confirmed team
- The team no longer counts as confirmed.
- A full tournament can reopen if the confirmed count falls below capacity.
- Scheduled fixtures involving the removed team are cancelled with the reason Team withdrew from tournament.
- Completed fixtures and their recorded results remain as historical records.
- The host team cannot be removed from its own tournament. Cancel and recreate the tournament if the host must withdraw.
