Schedule a Tournament Fixture

Pair two confirmed teams, select the round, date, optional time and venue, and add the fixture to the tournament schedule.

When fixtures unlock

  • Only the tournament host schedules fixtures.
  • Add Fixture is enabled when the tournament is Confirmed, meaning all team slots are filled.
  • The team list contains the host and every confirmed team.

Create the fixture

  1. Open the confirmed tournament.
  2. Under Fixtures, select Add Fixture.
  3. Choose the round.
  4. Select Team A and Team B.
  5. Choose the fixture date.
  6. Add optional time and venue.
  7. Select Schedule.

Available rounds

  • Group Stage
  • Qualifier
  • Quarterfinal
  • Semifinal
  • Final
  • 3rd Place
  • Custom

Custom round

When Custom is selected, enter a label such as Round of 16 or Pre-quarterfinal.

Date outside the tournament window

The form warns when the fixture date is before the tournament Start Date or after the End Date. The host can still save the fixture, for example when scheduling an exhibition or a revised game.

Validation

  • Team A and Team B are required and must be different.
  • Fixture date is required.
  • A custom round requires a label.
