Never share through a notification response
- Login OTP
- Recovery code
- Mobile-change or email-change OTP
- UPI PIN
- Card PIN or CVV
- Full payment credentials
Verify payment and subscription alerts
Open VR SPORT directly and check Fees, Billing & Payments or Subscription instead of relying only on a message or external link. Secure payment details are handled by the payment gateway, not collected inside a normal notification.
Check the account and feature
Confirm that the notification matches your Academy, Coach or Player account and a real activity in the relevant feature.
Report suspicious alerts
Capture the notification title and time, but do not forward OTPs or payment credentials. Contact VR SPORT Support from the official Knowledge Hub contact options.
