View and Pay Fees from the Player Account
Review dues and payment history, pay an enabled fee online, and download a receipt from the Player account.
Open Fees & Payments
- Open the Player dashboard.
- Select Fees. You can also select View Fees from the Academy details screen.
- Use Dues to review unpaid and upcoming fee records.
- Use Payment History to review completed payments.
Understand the fee status
- Due: the fee is payable now.
- Overdue: the due date has passed and a balance remains.
- Upcoming: the fee is visible but is not due yet.
- Paid: the fee has been settled.
- Waived: the Academy settled the fee without a payment.
Pay a fee online
- Under Dues, find a record with Pay Now.
- Select Pay Now.
- Enter the amount to pay. You can enter any amount from ₹1 up to the outstanding balance.
- Select Continue to Pay.
- Complete the payment in Razorpay.
- Wait for Payment Successful and return to the fee screen.
When Pay Now is not available
When online collection is not enabled by the Academy, the fee card displays Pay at the academy. Complete the payment directly with the Academy. The Academy can then record the payment in VR SPORT.
If the payment is closed or fails
- Closing the Razorpay window returns to the fee screen without recording a payment.
- If Payment Failed appears, select Try Again or cancel and retry later.
- Do not repeat payment immediately when money was debited but the app did not update. Reopen Fees & Payments first; VR SPORT checks previous captured payments and can confirm them automatically.
View and download a receipt
- Open Payment History.
- Select the required paid record.
- Review the payment mode and reference when available.
- Select Download / Print Receipt.
- Use the print dialog to print or save the receipt as a PDF.
Receipt information
- Academy name
- Program and fee period
- Amount paid
- Payment date and mode
- Receipt or transaction reference
- GST breakup and GSTIN when applicable
