Understand Locked and Limited Profile Fields
Know which Academy, Coach, Player and staff identity fields cannot be freely edited.
Academy
- The Academy sport selected during setup is treated as the fixed operating sport.
- The owner mobile and email can be changed only through OTP verification.
- Academy staff cannot edit the Academy owner profile or verified owner contacts.
Coach
- Primary sport is permanent in the current profile editor.
- Mobile and email changes require OTP verification.
- Academy role labels, branches and Batch assignments are controlled by the Academy, not the Coach.
Player
- Date of birth is locked after profile completion.
- Sport is not editable from the Player profile editor.
- The Player name has a maximum of two self-service edits.
- Mobile and email changes require OTP verification.
- Academy programs, Batches, attendance and fees are controlled by the Academy.
Academy staff
- Staff mobile, branches and permission modules are Academy-managed.
- Staff do not receive Academy owner Settings access.
- The current app does not provide a confirmed staff mobile-replacement workflow.
Incorrect locked information
Contact VR SPORT Support with the account type, registered mobile number, incorrect field and supporting information. A correction is not guaranteed until the account can be verified.
