Update Your Academy Profile and Branding

Update the Academy name, logo, description, verified contact details, location and online presence from the mobile app.

Who can update this

Academy Profile and Branding is an Academy owner-only Settings area. Academy staff and Academy-assigned Coaches cannot edit the Academy identity or branding.

Who can update the profile

Profile & Branding is an Academy owner setting. Staff accounts do not receive access to this owner-level screen.

Open Profile & Branding

  1. Log in to the Academy account in the VR SPORT mobile app.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Account & Profile, select Profile & Branding.

Update the Academy identity

  1. Select the logo area or pencil icon to upload an Academy logo.
  2. Enter or update the Academy Name.
  3. Add information under About Your Academy.
  4. Review the displayed membership date.
Note: The logo must be an image file and must be under 5 MB. Academy names accept letters, numbers and spaces, with a maximum of 60 characters.

Change the login mobile number or recovery email

  1. Under Contact Information, select the Phone Number or Email Address field that you want to change.
  2. Enter the new mobile number or email address.
  3. Request the verification code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to the new contact.
  5. Complete the verification before saving the profile.
Note: The mobile number is the Academy login identity. Mobile and email changes require OTP verification and cannot be changed as ordinary free-text fields.

Update the location and online presence

  1. Review Street Address and Area / Locality.
  2. Select the State, District and City.
  3. Enter the 6-digit PIN Code.
  4. Add the Academy website if available.
  5. Add Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter and YouTube profile details where applicable.

Save the changes

  1. Select Save Profile Changes.
  2. Wait for the Profile updated successfully confirmation.
Note: The save button remains unavailable while a logo is uploading or when the Academy mobile number or email address is missing. The selected Academy sport is not editable from Profile & Branding.
