Understand Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
Learn how monthly auto-renewal, yearly manual renewal and billing-cycle changes work.
Monthly subscriptions
- Renew automatically through the active payment mandate.
- Continue until cancelled or payment retries fail permanently.
- Can be cancelled at the end of the current paid period.
- Can be replaced immediately by another paid plan or yearly purchase.
Yearly subscriptions
- Paid once for 12 months.
- Do not auto-renew.
- Do not require cancellation.
- Show a renewal reminder during the final seven days.
- Academy accounts move to Free, and Coach accounts move to Coach Starter, if a yearly plan is not renewed.
Changing cycles
Monthly-to-yearly changes require a new payment and start immediately. Yearly-to-monthly changes are available only during the final seven days and also require a new purchase.
Unused overlap
When an active paid plan is replaced, remaining time on the previous plan is not refunded.
