Understand the Academy Dashboard Quick Overview
Learn what Active Programs, Total Batches, Total Players and monthly revenue represent on the Academy dashboard.
Open the Quick Overview
- Log in to the Academy account.
- Select the required branch where branch switching is available.
- Review the four cards under Quick Overview on the Academy dashboard.
Active Programs
The card displays the number of Programs loaded for the selected branch. The current calculation does not explicitly filter Program status even though the card is labelled Active Programs.
Total Batches
The card counts Batches in the selected branch whose Batch status is Active.
Total Players
The card counts unique Players with at least one active enrolment in the selected branch. A Player enrolled in multiple Programs in the same branch is counted once.
Monthly revenue
The revenue card sums payment records whose payment date falls in the current calendar month and whose related enrolment belongs to the selected branch. It is a collected-payment total, not expected fees or outstanding dues.
