Understand Branch-Scoped Academy Analytics
See how the selected Academy branch affects dashboard, Finance and fee-management values.
The selected branch controls the view
Academy dashboard metrics, Finance figures, fee records, Programs, Batches and Player enrolments are filtered using the currently selected branch.
Switch branches before reviewing data
- Open the branch selector in the Academy dashboard header.
- Select an active branch available to the account.
- Allow the dashboard or Finance screen to refresh before reviewing the values.
Staff branch restrictions
Academy staff can switch only among branches assigned to their staff account. Their analytics and financial views remain limited to those branches.
No consolidated all-branch report
Note: The current app does not provide a dedicated consolidated all-branch report. Review each branch separately until unified reporting is implemented.
