View Academy Finance Analytics and Recent Transactions
Review current-month Players, fees paid, fees due and recent payment records for the selected branch.
Who can open Finance
The Academy owner and Academy staff with Players & Fees permission can open Finance for an assigned branch.
Open Finance
- Select Finance from the Academy dashboard quick actions.
- Confirm the required branch is selected.
- Review Current Month Fees Analytics.
Current Month Fees Analytics
- Total Players is calculated from active enrolment rows in the branch. A Player with more than one active enrolment may be counted more than once in this specific Finance card.
- Fees Paid sums the paid amounts recorded against fee rows for the current billing month and year.
- Fees Dues sums the remaining amounts on fee rows for the current billing month and year.
Recent Transactions
- The list shows payments whose payment date falls in the current calendar month.
- Payments are scoped to the selected branch through the related enrolment.
- Use Search by player name to narrow the list.
- The screen shows the Player, Program, amount, payment date, payment method and transaction number where available.
Open detailed fee analytics
- Select Manage Fees & Payments.
- Choose a month, year, Program and payment status to review the required fee period.
