Understand Reports, Analytics and Exports in the Current App
See which dashboard metrics, financial analytics and exports are currently available, and which report functions are not yet exposed.
What is available now
- Academy dashboard Quick Overview metrics for the selected branch.
- Academy Finance current-month fee analytics and recent payment records.
- Month, year, Program, payment-status and Player search filters in Manage Fees & Payments.
- A CSV download of Academy fee records from Manage Fees & Payments.
- Current-month personal fee analytics and transaction history for Coach Pro personal coaching.
What is not currently exposed
The mobile app does not currently contain a reachable dedicated Reports or Reports & Analytics screen. It also does not expose a general report generator for attendance, Players, Coaches, Programs or Batches.
Plan and permission definitions
The subscription model contains report-generation and report-download entitlements, and Academy staff can be assigned a Reports & Exports permission. Those definitions are ahead of the current interface because the dedicated Reports screen is not yet implemented.
Use current analytics as operational summaries
Note: Dashboard cards and Finance summaries are live operational views. They should not be described as formal reports until a dedicated report workflow is implemented and tested.
