Understand Access After Subscription Cancellation or Expiry
Learn what remains available during a cancellation period and what changes after moving to Free.
During the cancellation period
- The paid plan remains active until the displayed end date.
- Paid features continue to work during that period.
- Subscription and Billing screens show the cancellation status and end date.
- Previous invoices and payment references remain available.
After the end date
Academy accounts move to Free. Coach accounts move to Coach Starter.
Existing data
Plan changes do not automatically delete historical records. Paid-only creation and management features may become locked, and lower-plan limits apply to new activity.
Academy impact
- Community, Match Invite and Tournament-hosting access ends without Premium.
- Staff, online fee collection and reports depend on the resulting plan.
- Free-plan limits apply to new Players, branches, Programs and Batches.
Coach impact
- Academy-assigned work remains available.
- Personal Programs, Players, sessions, fees, revenue and Coach Community become locked without Coach Pro.
