Understand Academy Plan Limits and Feature Access

Learn how Player, branch, Program, Batch, staff, payment, reporting and Community limits are applied.

Player and branch limits

Free: 20 enrolled Players in total and one branch.
Growth: 50 enrolled Players per branch and up to two branches.
Premium: no configured Player or branch limit.

Program and Batch limits

Free and Growth: five Programs and ten Batches per branch.
Premium: no configured Program or Batch limit.

Staff, payments and reports

Staff Management requires Growth or Premium.
Online Player fee collection requires Growth or Premium.
The plan model defines report generation for Growth and Premium.
The plan model defines report downloads for Premium.
A dedicated report generator is not yet exposed in the current mobile app.

Communication and Community

The Free plan does not support Program or Batch groups.
Growth and Premium support one group for each eligible Program and Batch. The plan model also defines one Branch-wide group per branch, but the current creation screen does not yet provide reliable branch selection; follow the Branch-wide group guide for the implemented behaviour.
Community, Match Invite and Tournament-hosting access require Premium.

When a lower plan applies

Historical records are not deleted simply because the plan changes. New creation or paid-only actions may remain blocked until usage is within the active plan limits or the plan is upgraded.
