Cancel a Monthly Academy or Coach Subscription
Schedule a monthly paid subscription to end at the close of the current billing period.
Academy cancellation
- Open Settings → Subscription.
- Open the Starter card, which represents the Academy Free plan.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Review the end date.
- Confirm cancellation.
Coach cancellation
- Open Profile → Subscription: Coach Pro.
- Open the Free Plan card, which represents Coach Starter.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Review the end date.
- Confirm cancellation.
What cancellation does
- Stops future automatic monthly renewal.
- Keeps paid features active until the confirmed end date.
- Does not delete the account or historical records.
- Moves an Academy account to Free or a Coach account to Coach Starter after the paid period ends.
No undo control
The current app does not provide an Undo Cancellation or Reactivate action. The paid plan continues until the end date. A normal new subscription can be purchased after the plan ends.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans do not auto-renew and therefore have nothing to cancel.
