Understand Coach Visibility in Player Discovery
Learn why a Coach profile may or may not appear to Players in the Coaches section.
Requirements for Coach visibility
- The Coach profile must be marked complete.
- The Coach must have eligible Coach Pro access.
- The Coach must remain within the active subscription or applicable cancellation grace period.
- The Coach sport must match the Player sport.
Why a specific Player may not see the Coach
- The Player is already actively enrolled with the Coach.
- The Player already has an Active interest and chat with the Coach.
- The Player selected a different sport.
- The Player’s search or location filters exclude the Coach.
Profile information used in discovery
- Name and profile photo.
- Specialisation and experience.
- Location.
- Bio, coaching style and achievements where provided.
- Rating and Player count where available.
After cancellation
A cancelled interest no longer keeps the Coach out of Discover. The Player can find the Coach again and create a fresh interest conversation.
