Chat and Confirm a Tournament Team Slot
Use the private tournament chat and two-sided confirmation controls to lock a participating team into one slot.
Start the discussion
- Show interest in the tournament.
- Select Chat, or let the host select Chat to Confirm from Pending Applications.
- Discuss dates, format, venue, entry fee, squad expectations and rules.
Request or confirm the slot
Either the host or the interested party can act first. The participant may see Request Slot or Request Slot Confirmation. The host may see Confirm Slot. When one side acts, the other side must accept or confirm.
When both sides confirm
- The team interest is marked accepted and confirmed.
- The slot is counted as filled.
- A system message confirms that the team slot is locked in.
- When the confirmed-team count reaches Teams Allowed, the tournament closes automatically and blocks new applications.
Withdraw confirmation
- Open the tournament or its private event chat.
- Select Withdraw Team Confirmation or the available Withdraw control.
- Confirm the action.
What happens after withdrawal
- The team slot is freed.
- If the tournament was full, it can reopen for new applications.
- The chat remains available as a record of the discussion.
- Confirm with the host how any already-scheduled fixtures will be handled.
