View Academy Messages and Group Chats
Open the Academy chat list, search conversations, review unread activity, and filter active, deactivated or archived groups.
Open the chat list
- Log in to the Academy account.
- Open Messages from the Academy dashboard.
- Review Total Chats and Unread at the top of the screen.
Search and filter conversations
- Use Search chats to search by group name or the latest message text.
- Use the group-type filter to show All chats, Branch-wide, Batch chats or Program chats.
- Use the status filter to show Active, Deactivated, Archived or All statuses.
Information shown on each chat
- Group name and group-type label
- Read-only or muted status where applicable
- Creation date
- Latest message preview and sender
- Active member count
- Unread-message badge and latest activity time
Open a conversation
- Select the required chat card.
- The app opens the message thread and marks unread messages as read.
- Select the group header to open Group Information and view members, notification settings and lifecycle controls.
When a chat is not listed
- Confirm that you are using the correct Academy account.
- Check the Deactivated and Archived status filters.
- Clear the search field and set the type filter to All chats.
- For a Program or Batch group, confirm that the group was created for the selected item.
