Show or Withdraw Interest in a Tournament
Apply for an open tournament team slot, discuss participation and remove an application when plans change.
Show interest
- Open Community and select an open tournament.
- Review dates, location, age groups, format, fee, prize details and rules.
- Select Show Interest.
- Wait for the Interest shown confirmation.
What Show Interest does
- Adds your Academy or Coach account to the host's Pending Applications list.
- Does not reserve a team slot.
- Does not confirm participation.
- Allows you to start a private tournament chat and request slot confirmation.
Withdraw an unconfirmed application
- Open the tournament while your application is still pending.
- Select Withdraw.
- Confirm the withdrawal when prompted.
When interest cannot be added
- A full tournament has status Confirmed and blocks new applications.
- Cancelled and archived tournaments do not accept applications.
- If the tournament has closed while your application is pending, the app may show that your team was not selected.
Registration deadline note
The host enters a Registration Deadline and it is displayed in tournament information. Confirm availability with the host before applying when the listed deadline has passed.
