Create a Match Invite
Post a sport-specific match request with the date, location, age group, format, venue and cost arrangement.
Before you begin
- Academies require the Premium plan.
- Coaches require Coach Pro.
- Complete the account city, district and state.
- Prepare the proposed date, time, location, age group and match format.
Open the form
- Open Community.
- Select Post.
- Select Match Invite.
Enter the match information
- Enter the required Match Title.
- Add an optional Description.
- Choose a Match Date. The date must be today or later.
- Choose the required Match Time.
- Enter the Location/Area.
- Confirm the State, District and City.
- Select one Age Group.
Choose the sport format
- Cricket options include 20 Overs, 30 Overs, 40 Overs, 50 Overs and Test Match.
- Badminton options include Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Team Format.
- Cricket posts also require Day Match or Night Match.
Add venue and cost details
- Turn on Ground Already Booked when a venue has been arranged.
- Enter the Venue Name when available.
- Choose Free, 50/50 Split, Host Pays or Custom Amount.
- For Custom Amount, enter a positive Total Cost.
Post the invite
- Optionally expand Initial Team and select players or add guests.
- Select Post Match Invite.
Note: The new post appears under Mine. Other eligible Academies and Coaches can find it under Nearby.
