Download Academy Fee Records as a CSV
Export the currently filtered Academy fee list for use in spreadsheet software.
Prepare the fee list
- Open Finance and select Manage Fees & Payments.
- Select the required branch.
- Choose the month, year, Program and Paid or Due filter.
- Use Player search where required.
Download the CSV
- Select Download above the Player list.
- Allow the browser or device to save the CSV file.
- Open the file in compatible spreadsheet software.
Fields included
- Player name and mobile number
- Program and Batch
- Billing period
- Old dues
- Current-month fee amount
- Paid amount
- Paid or Due status
- Transaction number
- Payment date
Current plan-control inconsistency
Note: The subscription model reserves report downloads for Academy Premium, but the current Manage Fees & Payments component does not apply a plan check to this CSV button. Availability should be treated as provisional until the product rule and interface are aligned.
CSV scope
The file is a fee-record export. It is not a complete Academy report and does not include attendance, Coach, Program-performance or Match data.
