Change an Active Paid Academy Plan or Billing Cycle
Understand immediate paid-plan switches, billing-cycle changes and yearly-plan restrictions.
Active monthly plans
An Academy on a monthly paid plan can switch to another paid plan or to yearly billing. The replacement starts immediately after a new payment is confirmed.
- Remaining days on the current paid period are not refunded.
- The existing payment mandate is cancelled automatically after activation.
- The secure checkout shows the new purchase amount before payment.
Active yearly plans
Yearly plans are prepaid. Plan and billing-cycle changes are locked until the final seven days of the paid year.
- Before the final seven days, the plan screen shows when changes will open.
- During the final seven days, the Academy can renew yearly, switch to monthly or choose another paid plan.
- The new paid plan starts when payment is confirmed.
Moving to the Free plan
The Free plan is not purchased as a downgrade. A monthly paid plan moves to the Free plan by cancellation at the cycle end. A yearly plan simply expires and then moves to the Free plan.
