Renew or Change a Yearly Subscription
Renew a yearly Academy or Coach plan or choose another plan during the final seven days.
Before the renewal window
Yearly subscriptions are prepaid and changes are locked until the final seven days. The plan screen shows when changes become available.
During the final seven days
- Renew the same yearly plan.
- Switch to monthly billing.
- Choose another eligible paid plan.
- Review the new purchase amount before payment.
Renewal steps
- Open Subscription.
- Review the expiry banner and plan cards.
- Select Renew Yearly or another paid-plan option.
- Complete secure payment.
- Wait for server confirmation.
If no action is taken
The yearly plan ends on the displayed date. Academy accounts move to Free, while Coach accounts move to Coach Starter.
