See how Academy enrolments, programs, batches, schedules, attendance, fees, Coaches, chats and competition activity connect inside the Player account.

How the Player account connects to an Academy

A Player does not join an Academy independently from the Player account. The Academy enrols the Player in one or more programs and may assign the Player to Batches. Once that relationship is active, the Player can review the connected Academy information in the mobile app.

Main Player areas

  • Home shows today’s sessions, quick links, notifications and upcoming accepted invitations.
  • My Programs separates Academy programs from Coach-led personal programs.
  • My Batches shows Batch schedules, Coach information and venue details when the screen is opened from the Player experience.
  • Schedule combines recurring Academy Batches and dated personal coaching sessions.
  • Attendance combines Academy and personal Coach attendance history.
  • Fees shows Academy dues, online payment options and receipts.
  • Chats contains Academy, Batch, Program and Coach conversations added automatically.
  • Matches contains invitations and recorded performance.

Who controls the information

The Player account is mainly a viewing, payment, response and communication experience. The Academy controls Academy enrolments, programs, Batch assignments, schedules, attendance and Academy fees. Coaches control personal coaching enrolments and sessions.
