View Academy Messages and Group Chats as a Player
Open active Academy, Program, Batch and Coach chats that the Player has been added to automatically.
Open Messages
- Open the Player dashboard.
- Select Chats.
- Review active conversations and unread counts.
Chats the Player may receive
- Academy or branch-wide groups
- Program groups
- Batch groups
- Personal Coach Batch groups
- One-to-one personal Coach chats
- Coach-interest chats
Search and filter
Search by chat name or recent message. Player filters can separate Academy chats, Coach groups and one-to-one chats.
Sending messages
The Player can send messages when the chat is active and Player replies are allowed. Announcement or read-only groups display the messages but do not allow a Player reply.
Chat lifecycle
Players see active chats only. A deactivated or archived Academy chat is removed from the Player’s active list and becomes read-only or unavailable according to its status. Players cannot create Academy groups.
Missing chat
Membership is controlled by Academy or Coach relationships, programs and Batches. Ask the Academy or Coach to verify the enrolment, Batch assignment and chat membership.
