View Your Weekly Schedule, Upcoming Sessions and Flexible Programs

Review recurring training, dated one-to-one sessions, Per Session credits and Fixed Duration programs from the Player Schedule.

Open the Schedule

  1. Log in to the Player account.
  2. Open Schedule from the Player navigation.
  3. Use the Monday to Sunday strip to select a day.

Move between weeks

  1. Use the left arrow to view the previous week.
  2. Use the right arrow to view the next week.
  3. Select Today to return to the current date.

Recurring sessions for the selected day

  • Active Academy and Coach-led Batches appear on the weekdays included in their schedule.
  • Session cards may show the Batch, program, Academy or Coach, branch, timing, venue and Coach name.
  • Sessions are ordered by start time.

Dated one-to-one sessions

  • A scheduled one-to-one Coach session appears on its specific date.
  • The card shows the program, Coach and session timing.
  • Future dated sessions also appear under Upcoming Sessions.

Weekly Pattern

Note: The Weekly Pattern section summarises the active days and common timings for recurring Batches.

If the schedule is empty

  • The Academy may not have enrolled the Player in a Batch yet.
  • The selected day may be a rest day.
  • A Per Session program may not have a dated booking yet.
  • Contact the Academy or Coach that controls the enrolment and schedule.

Review Upcoming Sessions

  • Future dated one-to-one Coach sessions appear in chronological order.
  • Each item may show the program, date, time and Coach.
  • These bookings are separate from the recurring weekly Batch pattern.

Review ongoing Per Session programs

  • The card shows the program, Academy or Coach, and Per Session label.
  • The Player can review remaining credits against total purchased sessions.
  • A low remaining count may be highlighted.

Review ongoing Fixed Duration programs

  • The card shows the Fixed Camp label.
  • Where an end date is available, the Schedule shows when the program ends.
  • Recurring Batch days still appear separately when the Player is assigned to a scheduled Batch.

Who changes this information

Note: The Player Schedule is read-only. The Academy or Independent Coach controls enrolment, Batch assignment and dated bookings.
