Re-Add a Coach Who Was Removed from the Academy
Restore a previously detached Coach relationship through a new OTP-confirmed invitation.
Start a new invitation
- Open the Academy dashboard and select Coach.
- Enter the removed coach’s registered mobile number.
- Select Continue.
Verify the existing Coach account
VR SPORT should identify the mobile number as an existing Coach account. A removed Academy attachment does not delete the Coach account.
Complete OTP consent again
- Select Send OTP.
- Ask the coach for the latest 6-digit OTP.
- Enter the code and verify.
Rebuild Academy assignments
- Select at least one active branch.
- Select any required active batches.
- Complete the invitation.
What is not restored automatically
- Previous branch assignments.
- Previous batch assignments.
- Old Academy chat membership.
- Any relationship-specific role changes made before removal.
If the app says the coach is already in the Academy
Refresh the Academy account and check Existing Coaches. If the coach does not appear but the invitation is blocked, contact VR SPORT Support because the previous attachment may still be active.
