Record a Personal Coaching Payment
Record a full or partial offline payment against a personal Coach fee and preserve its payment reference.
Open the Player fee record
- Open Personal Fees.
- Select Manage Fees & Payments.
- Find the Player using search, month, year, program or status filters.
- Open the Player.
- Choose a due fee or an upcoming fee.
Enter the payment
- Select the fee to pay.
- Enter an amount greater than ₹0 and no higher than the fee balance.
- Choose Cash, UPI or Bank.
- For UPI or Bank, optionally enter the payment reference.
- Choose the payment date.
- Confirm the payment.
Partial payment behaviour
The interface allows an amount below the fee amount and labels it Partial payment. The current backend payment write marks the selected fee Paid rather than creating a remaining balance record. Test this behaviour in the running app before using partial payments operationally.
Advance payment
Upcoming fees can be selected as an advance payment. Confirm the fee period and amount before recording it.
Payment record
A stored payment reference is created or retained when the fee is marked Paid. The Personal Fees screen displays the stored reference in payment history.
