Understand Personal Coach Fees and Revenue
Learn how Coach Pro fee records are generated and how the Personal Fees dashboard separates paid, due, upcoming and waived amounts.
Coach Pro requirement
Personal Fees is a Coach Pro feature. Money flows directly between the Coach and Player and remains separate from Academy fees and VR SPORT subscription billing.
How fees are generated
- The enrolment start date is the first due date.
- Per Session enrolments create one package fee based on purchased sessions and price per session.
- Recurring Group Coaching fees follow the selected billing cycle.
- One upcoming recurring fee is generated ahead of time.
- A flat Player discount is applied before GST.
- Inactive programs and inactive enrolments do not generate new fees.

Note: The current Coach fee screen supports offline payment recording only. It does not provide Player online payment collection or a downloadable Coach receipt PDF in the current user interface.
