Waive a Personal Coach Fee or Send a WhatsApp Reminder
Use the irreversible fee-waiver action correctly and prepare a WhatsApp reminder for an outstanding personal coaching fee.
Send a WhatsApp reminder
- Open Personal Fees and the Player record.
- Find a due or overdue fee.
- Select the WhatsApp reminder action.
- Review the prepared message.
- Send it from WhatsApp.
Reminder contents
The prepared message uses the Player mobile number and includes the relevant fee details. VR SPORT opens WhatsApp but does not send the message automatically.
Waive a fee
- Open the due fee.
- Choose Waive Fee.
- Enter a mandatory reason.
- Review the warning.
- Confirm Waive.
Irreversible action
A waived fee remains Waived and cannot be restored through the current interface. Paid and already-waived fees cannot be waived again. Use Waive only when the amount should no longer be collected.
History and reporting
The Player fee record shows the waiver date and reason. Waived fees are excluded from outstanding totals.
