Remove a Player from One Personal Coaching Program
End one personal program enrolment while preserving the Player relationship, historical fees and other enrolments.
Remove from the program
- Open Training and select Programs.
- Open the program details.
- Find the Player under Enrolled Players.
- Select Remove.
- Review the confirmation.
- Select Remove again.
What the action changes
- The selected enrolment becomes Inactive.
- The program and Batch links are removed from that enrolment row.
- Future fee generation for that enrolment stops.
- Existing fees, payments, sessions and attendance history are preserved.
- Other program enrolments for the same Player are not changed.
Re-enrolment
The current confirmation states that re-enrolment must be done manually. Use Add Player to Program and set new enrolment terms. Previous fee and session history remains available.
Do not confuse with Player deactivation
Note: Removing one program enrolment is narrower than deactivating the Player relationship. Use Player deactivation only when all personal coaching activity for that Player should be stopped.
