View and Respond to Match Invitations as a Player
Accept or decline team invitations and review confirmed upcoming matches in the Player account.
Open My Matches
- Open the Player account.
- Open My Matches.
- Select the Invites tab.
Review a pending invitation
The invitation card shows the event title, inviting Academy or Coach, age group, date, time, location, fee information where available and any invitation message.
Accept the invitation
- Select Accept.
- Wait for the Invitation accepted confirmation.
- Review the event under Confirmed & Upcoming.
Note: Accepting adds the Player to the inviting team record.
Decline the invitation
- Select Decline.
- Optionally enter a reason.
- Select Decline in the confirmation panel.
Note: The inviting Academy or Coach can see the response. Declined invitations no longer appear in the active invitation list.
If no invitation appears
- Confirm that the Academy or Coach invited the correct Player account.
- Refresh My Matches.
- Ask the team owner whether the invitation was revoked.
- Confirm that the Player account is active.
