Complete the Player Profile

Complete the required Player identity, contact and address information before using the Player account.

When this screen appears

VR SPORT opens Complete Your Profile when a new Player account is created or when an enrolled Player logs in before the required profile information is complete. All required sections must be completed before the Player dashboard becomes available.

Step 1: Add the profile photo

  1. Select Upload from Gallery or use the camera option.
  2. Choose or capture a clear Player profile photo.
  3. Wait until the photo upload is complete.
Note: Use a valid image of no more than 5 MB. The profile cannot be completed while the photo is still uploading.

Step 2: Select the sport when required

A self-created Player account must select Cricket or Badminton. When the Player was enrolled by an Academy or Coach, the sport may already be connected to that enrolment and may not require selection.

Step 3: Complete the basic information

  1. Enter the Full Name.
  2. Enter the Date of Birth.
  3. Confirm the age shown below the date.
  4. Select the Gender.
  5. Review the registered mobile number. It is locked during profile completion.
  6. Enter the email address and select Send OTP to verify.
  7. Enter the 6-digit email OTP and complete verification.
Note: The Player must be at least 5 years old and no more than 60 years old. Date of Birth is locked after the profile is completed. The name can be edited only two times over the lifetime of the account.

Step 4: Add the required guardian and emergency contact

  1. Enter the required guardian or emergency contact name shown in the app.
  2. Enter a valid 10-digit emergency contact mobile number.

Step 5: Add the home address

  1. Enter Address Line 1.
  2. Add Address Line 2 if required.
  3. Select the State.
  4. Select the District when applicable.
  5. Enter the City.
  6. Enter the 6-digit Pincode.

Step 6: Save the Player profile

  1. Review all four profile sections and the progress indicator.
  2. Select Complete Profile & Continue.
  3. Correct any field highlighted by the app.
  4. After the profile is saved, VR SPORT opens the Player account.

Common problems

  • Profile photo is required: complete the image upload.
  • Please select your sport: choose Cricket or Badminton for a self-created account.
  • Player must be at least 5 years old: correct the Date of Birth.
  • Please verify your email address: complete the email OTP.
  • Must be a 10-digit number: correct the emergency contact mobile number.
  • Pincode must be 6 digits: enter a valid Indian Pincode.
