Start a Confirmed Match
Use the host-only Start Match action to lock arrangements and unlock match results and Player statistics.
Before starting
- The match must be mutually confirmed with one opponent.
- Only the host sees Start Match.
- Review the date, time, location, format and teams before continuing.
Start the match
- Open the confirmed match details.
- Select Start Match.
What changes after Start Match
- Match details become read-only.
- Edit Match Details and Cancel Match are removed.
- Interest and confirmation withdrawal are no longer available.
- The host can record the match result.
- Cricket team owners can enter Player statistics.
Important
The current screen does not provide an Undo Start action. Start the match only when the pairing and arrangements are final.
