VR SPORT uses the public website and mobile app for different parts of the user journey.
The same verified mobile number connects a user’s web account and mobile app access.
- Website: learn about VR SPORT, review platform features and pricing, and open the Knowledge Hub.
- VR SPORT website: Academy and Coach users create an account, verify their mobile number and email, choose a plan, and manage profile, subscription and billing information.
- Mobile app: Academy and Coach users complete their operational setup and use the platform. Player accounts are created and used in the mobile app.
Where each account begins
- Academy: start on the VR SPORT website, choose a plan, then sign in to the app with the same mobile number to add branches, programs, batches and players.
- Coach: start on the VR SPORT website, choose a plan, then sign in to the app with the same mobile number to complete the coaching profile and use coaching features.
- Player: create the account directly in the VR SPORT mobile app.
Note: One mobile number can be used for one VR SPORT account type only: Academy, Coach or Player.
