Complete Your Academy Setup in the Mobile App

Complete the Academy setup in the mobile app by adding training programs and creating the first batch and schedule.

Before you begin

  • Complete the Academy signup and plan selection on the VR SPORT website.
  • Install the VR SPORT mobile app.
  • Use the same verified mobile number that was used to create the Academy account.
  • Prepare at least one training program and one batch schedule.

Step 1: Log in to the Academy account

  1. Open the VR SPORT mobile app.
  2. Choose Log In and enter the registered Academy mobile number.
  3. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to the mobile number.
  4. When the Academy setup is incomplete, the app opens the welcome setup screen instead of the dashboard.
Note: The welcome screen confirms the Academy name and active plan. It also explains that the account, contact details and payment are already complete.

Step 2: Review the automatically created Main Branch

VR SPORT creates the Main Branch automatically from the Academy address entered during signup. You do not need to create the first branch manually during this setup.

Note: Additional branches can be added later from Settings > Branch Management, subject to the Academy plan.

Step 3: Add the training programs

  1. Select Start Setup.
  2. On Training Programs, choose Recurring Subscription, Per Session Program or Fixed Duration Camp.
  3. Enter the required program information and save the program.
  4. Add another program if required.
  5. After at least one program is listed, select Continue.
Note: To complete the next batch step, create at least one Recurring Subscription or Fixed Duration Camp. Per Session programs use individual session scheduling and are not batch-eligible.

Step 4: Add the first batch and schedule

  1. On Training Batches, select Create First Batch.
  2. Choose a batch-eligible program.
  3. Enter the Batch Name.
  4. Select at least one Training Day.
  5. Set the Start Time and End Time.
  6. Set Maximum Players. The default is 15.
  7. Save the batch, then select Continue.
Note: Coaches are not required during the first setup. You can add Academy coaches and assign them to the batch later.

Step 5: Open the Academy dashboard

After the program and batch are saved, the completion screen shows the Academy, Main Branch, active plan, programs and batches that are ready. Select Go to Dashboard to begin using the Academy account.

Common setup problems

  • No batch-eligible programs found: create a Recurring Subscription or Fixed Duration Camp.
  • Unable to continue from Training Programs: add and save at least one program.
  • Unable to continue from Training Batches: add and save at least one batch.
  • The dashboard opens immediately after login: the Academy setup may already be complete.
