How to Log In to Your Account
Log in to an existing Academy or Coach web account using the registered mobile number and OTP.
Log in through the VR SPORT website
- Open the VR SPORT login screen.
- Enter the 10-digit mobile number associated with the account.
- Select Send code.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to the mobile number and select Verify.
- After verification, the website opens the account area.
Use the correct login location
- Academy and Coach users can use the VR SPORT website to manage account profile, login and security, plan, billing and support information.
- Player and staff accounts are used in the VR SPORT app. The website shows an app notice before sending an OTP when it recognises either account type.
- Use the same mobile number in the website and the mobile app.
If the Academy signup is incomplete
A verified Academy signup draft can still log in. After OTP verification, the website displays Finish creating your academy and the Choose a plan to finish button.
If you no longer have the phone
Select Lost access to your phone? on the login screen to start account recovery using the verified email associated with the account.
