Understand What the Academy Can and Cannot Edit for a Coach
Distinguish the coach-owned professional profile from the Academy-owned branch, batch and role assignments.
The coach owns the professional profile
- Profile photo.
- Full name.
- Professional bio.
- Specialisation.
- Experience and certifications.
- Location and other professional details.
The Academy owns the Academy relationship
- Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Guest Coach label.
- Assigned Academy branches.
- Assigned Academy batches.
- Whether the coach remains attached to the Academy.
What appears as read-only in Edit Coach
The Edit Coach screen shows the coach’s name, mobile number and specialisation for identification, but the Academy cannot change those values there.
How personal details are corrected
- Ask the coach to log in to the Coach account.
- Open the Coach profile or profile-editing area.
- Update the permitted professional information.
- Return to the Academy Coach list after the profile change has synced.
Registered mobile number
Note: The Academy cannot change the coach’s registered mobile number through Edit Coach. Account-access problems should be handled through the Coach account recovery flow or VR SPORT Support.
