Add and Enrol a Player for Personal Coaching
Invite a Player by mobile number, verify consent with OTP, collect required information and enrol the Player in a Coach Pro program.
Before you begin
- Coach Pro must be active.
- At least one active personal program must exist.
- A Group Coaching program must also have an active Batch.
Start the invite
- Open My Players from the Coach dashboard.
- Select Add.
- Enter the Player’s 10-digit mobile number.
- Continue to check the number on VR SPORT.
Role and duplicate checks
- A mobile number registered as an Academy owner, Academy staff member or Coach cannot be enrolled as a Player.
- A Player already attached to this Coach cannot be added as a duplicate.
- A platform-inactive Player cannot be enrolled until the account is restored.
Verify Player consent
- Review whether a Player account was found.
- Send the 6-digit OTP to the Player mobile number.
- Enter the OTP after the Player shares it.
- Use Resend after the timer when required.
New Player information
When no Player account exists, enter Player Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name and Father’s Mobile before continuing. The app then creates or links the Player record during enrolment.
Assign the program
- Choose an active program.
- For Per Session, choose 1 to 50 sessions and review the package fee.
- For Group Coaching, choose an active Batch in that program.
- For Group Coaching, set the enrolment start date.
- Review the fee summary.
- Select Enrol Player.
After enrolment
Per Session enrolment opens the option to schedule the first dated session. Group enrolment places the Player in the selected Batch. Fee records are generated from the program and enrolment terms.
