Create a Personal Coaching Program
Create either a one-to-one Per Session program or a Group Coaching program from the Coach Training area.
Before you begin
- Coach Pro must be active.
- The Coach profile must be complete.
- Confirm the permanent Coach sport because the program uses the Coach sport.
Open program creation
- Open the Coach account.
- Select Training.
- Stay on the Programs tab.
- Select Add or Create Program.
- Choose One-to-One / Per Session or Group Coaching.
One-to-One / Per Session program
- Enter a Program Name of at least three characters.
- Enter the Price per Session.
- Optionally enable GST and enter the tax percentage.
- Optionally add a description of up to 200 characters.
- Select Create One-to-One Program.
Group Coaching program
- Enter a Program Name of at least three characters.
- Enter the program fee.
- Choose the billing cycle shown by the app.
- Optionally enable GST and enter the tax percentage.
- Optionally add a description.
- Select Create Group Program.
What happens next
The program appears in Training. A one-to-one program can receive Player enrolments and dated session bookings. A Group Coaching program must have at least one active Batch before a new Player can be enrolled through the full Add Player flow.
Fee calculation
The Coach fee engine uses the enrolment start date as the billing anchor. Discounts are applied before GST. Per Session enrolments create one package fee based on the number of sessions purchased. Recurring Group Coaching fees are generated by billing cycle.
